  2. Completely close all your browser windows (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Ect.) and attempt to re-visit the page.
  3. Reboot your computer and re-check your connection.  (Try another PC in your home to see if you can connect to the internet.)
  4. Power cycle your router.  Remove the black power cable from the back of your router, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in; wait an additional 30 seconds and check for an internet connection.
  5. Make sure that the power supply and cabling connected to your Cascades Computing equipment has not come unplugged.  Note that all three connections must be firmly seated on the Cascades Computing power supply shown below.  *Note:  DO not swap the connections on any of the power supply ports.  Reversing these connections could lead to damage to your PC and/or Cascades Computing equipment.
  6. If connections are loose, re-connect, wait 30 seconds and check for an internet connection.

If you are still unable to connect after following these steps, disconnect the Cascades Computing power supply from the wall outlet, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in (ensuring that the power light is illuminated), wait an additional 30 seconds and check for an internet connection.
